Project activities will be monitored in accordance with the time and budget management rules set out in the application form. It is also necessary to regularly evaluate the activities in order to get an idea of the effectiveness of the cooperation and the quality of the results.
In the evaluation process, we will use the following techniques:
-constant observation and exchange of conclusions leading to further reflections and, if necessary, some changes - analysis of the quality of students' work -analysis of student involvement and enthusiasm, which will be an essential indicator of the quality of work -direct interviews with students and school staff involved in project activities -analysis of specially designed diagnostic tools to measure the influence and impact of project activities on target groups -preparation of task reports to make possible the above evaluation modalities -we will prepare tools to facilitate the recognition of particular areas of interest, such as evaluation questionnaires, self-assessment questionnaires, Europass, interviews.
Project activity will be overseen by school principals, who will be responsible for enabling and ensuring that all planned tasks are completed.
At the same time, the current progress of the works will be constantly monitored by the coordinators of each partner school.
Coordinators will be in touch via the internet to exchange information, to comment on current work, to provide mutual support and assistance.
The quality of project activities will also be our top priority. The performance of subsequent tasks will be supervised by teachers who will make every effort to achieve both intellectual and material results that represent the highest possible level.
The quality of the results of our cooperation will be evaluated periodically. Regular progress will be monitored and discussed both within each institution and internationally.
We will prepare appropriate tools, such as questionnaires, to assess the quality of the activities carried out and the students' achievements.
Evaluation will be a regular stage of each meeting; therefore, it will appear regularly, at least twice a year.
The teachers involved in the evaluation process will prepare reports on the quality and progress of our work. Both students and teachers will be involved in the process of analyzing achievements and evaluating the results of cooperation.
The reliable tool for assessing the achievement of the planned results will be provided in the reports analyzing the initial knowledge and skills characteristic of certain work steps and the knowledge and skills represented after the task.
The quality of cooperation will also be reflected in the level of interest of students.
